Mobil'iti Clisson Valley

Following an exchange of mails and presentation of this project, I want to do a small article on this tool. Launched last November, is an application for Iphone tourist attraction with the territory of the Valle de Clisson. Let us first about the background on the tool. It is an initiative of the Community of Municipalities and the Office of Tourism Valley Clisson with the financial support of local partners with a budget of € 67,000. Creating back-to Latitude Gallimard in partnership with Orange and Sedona.

Présentation de Mobil'iti

Presentation Mobil'iti

Ultimately, this gives six themed decorated outline, video, text, photos, .... But also an identification of tourism industry around (hotels, restaurants, ...) and some places to discover. One could say that the wealth of content is quite exceptional given the supporting structures. All this in two languages: French and English.

Three ways are proposed to discover: the Valley site Clisson (with some video), by downloading the free application or renting an Iphone to the Office of Tourism.

Going a little further, I appreciate the idea of bringing in people from the public to testify about certain themes to emerge a bit of common sources of content. There is however several points of development that were not included in the creation ....

Pressing the video and the iPhone target a small population. Given the investment in content creation, it would have been good in my opinion the best return. Some ideas could be explored as the setting to download content in audio format, in PDF-format brochure, the use of broadcast platforms.

On the other hand, the distribution model using the free download seems a good framework but the lease does not yet fully overcome time constraints for the visitor. The provision in the accommodation, a terminal or download many other ideas could help potentiate this new tool.

Finally on the positive, because this tool is definitely worth the detour, he was rewarded Lyon Forum interconnected. We can also acknowledge the wealth of reading levels (except for children) and ergonomics that seems to go according to the first customer returns. A tool that will adapt, evolve and grow steadily to survive.

I wish them anyway that experience to succeed fully.

A test you and feel free to leave your opinion.
